Live2.ai Secures 1,300,000,000 INR in Pre-Series B Funding
The artificial intelligence startup Live2.ai has raised 1,300,000,000 INR in a Pre-Series B funding round.
IvyCap Ventures led this investment round. YourStory Hindi reported the story. The funding event also provided an opportunity for early investors to partially exit by selling some of their stakes.
Live2.ai operates an artificial intelligence-powered commerce and social intelligence platform. The system analyzes conversations, preferences, and emerging trends on review websites and social media platforms including X, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This allows brands to improve marketing strategies, evaluate influencer content, plan campaigns, and increase sales. The platform also enables the publishing of posts across various social media channels and the tracking of their performance, while linking authorized content to online shopping experiences.
The company intends to use the capital to enhance its artificial intelligence platform and the capabilities of its artificial intelligence agents. It aims to develop agents that can both analyze customer information and assist in taking actions based on that data. Currently, the platform utilizes eight artificial intelligence agents, including Autonomous Response, Campaign Auditor, Trend Scout, and Crisis Detection, to identify marketing signals, potential crises, and trends. While the goal is to make these processes faster and more automated, human review and monitoring remain in place for critical decisions.
Expansion plans include strengthening cloud infrastructure across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. Live2.ai will also expand its customer success, data science, and engineering teams with new hires in Singapore, Europe, North America, and India. The company seeks to increase its reach with global consumer brands and large enterprises.
Live2.ai currently works with more than 200 brands across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States, including Shiseido, Titan Brands, Salonory, and Henkel’s Schwarzkopf. The company claims its revenue has grown four times over the last 12 months, with approximately 90 percent of total revenue coming from markets outside of India. Over the next five years, the company aims to make consumer intelligence a core part of daily operations for large businesses.
