Delos Raises 10 Million Euros to Expand AI Employees to the United States

Delos has raised 10 million euros in a Series A funding round. The investment was provided by Bpifrance, C4 Ventures, and Founders Future.

The company develops autonomous artificial intelligence employees designed to act as colleagues rather than simple tools. These virtual workers are assigned names, roles, and specializations, and they possess the ability to plan and execute complex business processes without constant human supervision. Each virtual employee is equipped with a cloud computer, a long-term memory, a phone number, and an email address. For example, a sales worker can manage phone calls, update a CRM, follow up with clients, and schedule appointments.

Delos currently employs 40 human staff members and 30 artificial intelligence collaborators. The company previously raised 2.5 million euros in April 2025 in a round led by 20VC. The new funding is intended to accelerate international deployment, with a primary focus on the United States. The company has already secured two contracts with technology references in that market and plans to hire sales forces to implement its virtual employees in France and abroad.

To date, 2,000 virtual collaborators have been integrated into 300 client companies, including small and medium enterprises, mid-sized companies, and large accounts. Clients include Icade, MeilleurTaux, TotalEnergies, and Cuisines Schmidt. The company uses a subscription system based on the tasks assigned to the AI employees. In one quarter, recurring revenues grew from 2.5 million euros to 5 million euros. The product has been available for four months.

Moving forward, Delos aims to increase the specializations of its virtual workers to include roles such as management controllers and data analysts. The company intends to offer teams of AI employees to help businesses create hybrid organizational charts.
