Apple is set to unveil a new smart home display on October 13 2026 according to a report by Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman. The device features a six inch screen that can be placed on a desk or mounted on a wall. It includes a front facing FaceTime camera and a microphone speaker array at its base. The display has a large bezel reminiscent of early iPad models.

It does not contain an internal battery and must remain plugged in continuously. No volume adjustment buttons or power switch are present. The design evokes the iMac G4 with a sizable screen and a compact base. Alongside the display Apple will also introduce updated Apple TV and HomePod mini models. These products do not feature external design changes but receive internal hardware upgrades.

Apple emphasizes deeper integration with its new Siri AI capabilities across the lineup. The launch event is scheduled for October 13 2026 and will be covered by Bloomberg.
