Treportal, the operator of an application for exchanging and managing random merchandise, announced on the 29th that it has secured approximately 67 million yen in a pre-Series A round. The funding was conducted in August through a third-party allotment capital increase. Chiba Dojo Fund led the investment round, with participation from Prime Partners Co-Founder Fund and Sotaro Ishikawa, the founder of Idemee. The company reported that the application serves fans who collect random goods, allowing them to search for desired items, manage their collections, and conduct exchanges or sales within a single platform. Usage has expanded primarily among fans of virtual YouTubers, K-pop, games, and two-dimensional media.

The platform is designed to facilitate safe and clear exchanges, moving away from social media interactions by incorporating a proprietary search system, selectable transaction messages, and anonymous exchange features. According to the company, the application currently has approximately 15,000 monthly active users and generates around 5,000 monthly posts. Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer Yurina Kamijou stated that a stable condition has been maintained where more than half of all posts result in successful exchanges. The raised capital will be allocated to sponsoring events and live performances, piloting physical exchange spaces, and accelerating product development and hiring.

The company also plans to invest in marketing through advertising and partnerships with media outlets, while exploring collaborations with content holders, intellectual property companies, merchandise e-commerce platforms, and event organizers. Additionally, the company intends to validate new business initiatives, including a concept called Holy Map that visualizes locations and experiences related to fan activities. Future plans include considering overseas expansion and broadening the service into a comprehensive operating system for fan activities, integrating information gathering, inventory management, scheduling, and community features.
