A new tournament management platform called OFTN.GG has officially launched, offering organizers a single tool to handle everything from qualifying rounds to finals. The service, developed by Oneframe Inc., is designed to reduce the administrative burden on event hosts by automating tasks such as participant communication, check-ins, and score tracking. OFTN.GG has already been used in more than 2,700 events during its beta phase, supporting everything from small community tournaments to events with thousands of participants. The official release introduces paid, per-event plans alongside a free tier that remains available after launch.

The platform introduces several key features aimed at simplifying event logistics. A phase management system allows organizers to link multiple stages of a tournament, such as qualifiers and finals, without manual data transfer. A built-in chat and announcement system consolidates player communication and inquiries, reducing the need for external tools. A check-in feature supports both online and in-person events, including QR code-based attendance tracking, and can automatically mark no-shows as forfeits. The service also now supports free-for-all (FFA) tournament formats, expanding its compatibility with battle royale, racing, and card games. Additional tools include automated score calculation, CSV import for participant lists, and approval workflows for match results.

Pricing for the service is structured around per-event plans rather than monthly subscriptions, with fees varying by tournament size. A free plan remains available, while the Spot 64 plan costs 1,480 yen and supports events with up to 64 participants. The Spot 256 plan, priced at 4,980 yen, accommodates larger events. Enterprise plans are available upon request. To encourage adoption, Oneframe is offering the Spot 64 plan free for first-time users. The company states that this pricing model allows organizers to pay only for the features and scale they need, without fixed monthly costs.

Oneframe Inc., the company behind OFTN.GG, was founded in November 2024 and is based in Tokyo’s Chiyoda Ward. Its business includes developing in-house services, web platforms, and core systems, with a focus on esports-related ventures. The company’s CEO, Hironobu Sawada, emphasized that the tool is designed to let organizers focus on creating engaging experiences rather than administrative tasks. He noted that tournament planning begins long before the event itself, and that automating routine processes can help hosts run smoother competitions, even with minimal staff.

Looking ahead, Oneframe plans to expand OFTN.GG’s capabilities to support long-term leagues and organizational management. Future updates will include features for multi-member team accounts, cross-event reporting, and season-based participant tracking. The company also intends to introduce a monthly subscription model for recurring events and plans to add multilingual support to cater to international users. These enhancements aim to make the platform a comprehensive solution for both single events and ongoing tournament series.
