Soliton Systems launches paid support service for its cloud authentication platform OneGate

Soliton Systems began offering a paid support service for customers using its cloud authentication platform OneGate on August 27, 2026. The new service, called Soliton Support Service for OneGate, aims to assist organizations with ongoing operations after initial deployment of authentication infrastructure.

The company highlighted that while many enterprises accelerate the introduction or renewal of authentication systems amid growing cloud service adoption and zero-trust security needs, continuous operation and review remain essential. OneGate users face recurring operational tasks such as account management, digital certificate audits, SaaS integration adjustments, and authentication policy optimization.

To address these challenges, Soliton Systems introduced the support service to help customers manage post-deployment operations efficiently and securely. The service features three key benefits: expert guidance from certified engineers to prevent operational bottlenecks, flexible support menus tailored to specific needs, and a point-based system allowing customers to use only the support they require.

The support menus cover a wide range of needs, from pre-checks and on-site assistance during configuration changes like single sign-on integration or certificate authority reconstruction, to routine operational consultations. Customers can also receive monthly reports summarizing operational status and advice on account audits, with service plans adaptable to their schedules and priorities.

The service is priced at 360,000 yen per year. Soliton Systems plans to expand this initiative beyond OneGate to other security products and cloud services in the future. The company also aims to enhance the service with features such as visualization of configuration data and logs, AI-driven analysis, and continuous improvement support through expert staff.

Soliton OneGate is a domestic Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) solution that provides multi-factor authentication using digital certificates and single sign-on for both cloud and legacy systems. It supports diverse authentication methods, including facial recognition and passkeys (FIDO2), and integrates with network authentication systems such as SASE, VPN, and wireless LAN.
