The CELOL Série A has reached the end of its points phase, and six teams have secured their spots in the playoffs. After 11 rounds, the League of Legends competition organized by Liga GG enters its decisive stage, with elimination matches starting on October 24. The teams that will continue in the title dispute are LOS Academy, Neon Esports, emBRAZA! Esports, Smoke Tram Esports, NKZ Vorax, and Marere E-Sports. The next phase will be conducted in a double-elimination format, with an upper bracket and a lower bracket. This means that a single loss does not necessarily end a team's participation but reduces their chances of reaching the grand final. The championship will be decided on November 15, when the champion of the CELOL Série A will be crowned. The playoffs will feature a series of elimination matches, with the first round scheduled for October 24. This round will include two matches, both in a best-of-three format. On October 24, NKZ Vorax will face Neon Esports, while LOS Academy will take on Marere E-Sports.

The winners of these matches will advance to the second round of the upper bracket, scheduled for October 25. In this stage, emBRAZA! Esports will face the winner of the NKZ Vorax and Neon Esports match. Meanwhile, Smoke Tram Esports will await the winner of the LOS Academy and Marere E-Sports match. The double-elimination format differs from a traditional knockout system, where a single loss results in immediate elimination. Instead, this format offers teams a second chance. Teams start in the upper bracket, and those that lose certain matches are moved to the lower bracket, where they must win to continue in the competition. A second loss eliminates the team from the championship. This system also creates different paths to the grand final. While one team can advance through the upper bracket without losing any series, another can reach the final after recovering from a loss. Therefore, the playoffs do not depend solely on winning a single match. Teams must also demonstrate adaptability throughout the series.

The elimination phase will be contested between October 24 and November 15. The first round of the upper bracket will be in a best-of-three format, followed by the second round of the upper bracket, the first round of the lower bracket, the second round of the lower bracket, and the third round of the lower bracket. The final of the upper bracket will determine the first finalist. The other finalist will be known after the lower bracket matches. The grand final will be contested in a best-of-five format, where the team must win three matches to claim the title. The playoffs will be broadcast on the official channels of Liga GG and on the YouTube channel of Olhar Digital. The first round begins on October 24, starting at 17:00, with NKZ Vorax versus Neon Esports and LOS Academy versus Marere E-Sports. The grand final is scheduled for November 15, at 17:00, when the champion of the CELOL Série A will be determined. Olhar Digital reported the story.
