Series Ventures Invests in Golden Brain Care

Series Ventures has completed a seed investment in Golden Brain Care, a company specializing in artificial intelligence-based speech rehabilitation solutions.

Founded in 2026, Golden Brain Care is developing Brain Friends, an artificial intelligence speech rehabilitation platform for patients with communication difficulties caused by neurological diseases such as dementia, brain injury, and stroke. The service manages the entire rehabilitation process on one platform, including customized rehabilitation training, language function evaluation, performance data analysis, and reports for guardians.

The company is developing technology to quantify the rehabilitation process by using artificial intelligence to analyze response data, facial movements, and voice. To reduce the external transmission of sensitive information like facial images or voice, the company is pursuing the application of on-device artificial intelligence technology. The team includes language rehabilitation experts for content development and an internal corporate research institute for technical development.

Golden Brain Care has launched a minimum viable product for Brain Friends and is conducting field demonstrations. It has been selected for the Korea Testing Laboratory demonstration technical service, the Konyang University Hospital clinical data artificial intelligence demonstration project, and technical support for the entire life cycle of innovative medical device safety management.

The company plans to verify business viability initially through institutional software as a service and public voucher markets, such as language development support and developmental rehabilitation services. It intends to later expand into the digital therapeutics sector requiring medical device certification after securing clinical evidence.
