The cleantech company paXos Solar is attempting to raise up to 1,500,000 EUR through the investment platform FunderNation.

Startbase reported that the company intends to use the capital to pre-finance new solar roof projects and expand its sales operations. The funds are also intended to improve production and delivery capabilities, as well as to grow the network of specialist companies and sales partners.

Since starting operations in September 2024, paXos Solar has completed more than 35 projects. The company develops integrated solar roof systems that combine photovoltaics with traditional roof coverings. Its product lines include a multi-energy roof, which has received the 2024 German Solar Prize and the 2026 Green Product Award, and a historical solar beaver tail design for traditional buildings.

Financial results for the current fiscal year show significant growth. Revenue in the third quarter of 2026 reached approximately 470,000 EUR, compared to 78,000 EUR in the second quarter. Total revenues for the first nine months amounted to around 608,000 EUR. The loss before interest and taxes improved by about 61 percent, decreasing from approximately 338,000 EUR in the second quarter to 131,000 EUR in the third quarter.

Looking forward, paXos Solar has set a revenue target of 4 million EUR for 2027, which the company estimates corresponds to about 100 completed roof projects. This would be a significant increase over the annual revenue of around 500,000 EUR reported for 2025. The company previously received capital from NRW.BANK through the NRW.SeedCap funding program in 2025.
