Link11 acquires Reblaze for 18.5 million USD

The German cybersecurity company Link11 acquired the Israeli startup Reblaze for 18.5 million USD in January 2024. To date, 16.5 million USD has been paid to shareholders. In a lawsuit in the district court in Tel Aviv, Link11 claims it was misled and that significant information was withheld, which it alleges was discovered after the deal was closed.
