They support over 200,000 cases annually in Italian hospitals where the solution is active. The platform is designed with a deterministic approach, ensuring full traceability of actions performed by the agents. This allows hospitals to reduce backlogs, increase operational capacity, and complete processes that previously took weeks in just one day. In Italian hospitals using Health Force, three out of four cases are managed without human intervention. In the remaining cases, the agent prepares the case and alerts staff to verify certain elements, significantly reducing processing times.

Health Force has its headquarters in Barcelona and an operational hub in Milan. The company is already active in some of Italy's major private hospital groups, including Humanitas and Gruppo San Donato. The platform is also used in Portugal for monitoring and reporting quality indicators of hospital processes. Health Force plans to use the funds to expand its catalog of agents and integrate them into additional hospital workflows, including quality reporting, clinical trial management, and resource optimization.
