Fitable's operator, Passionate, secures investment from CNT Tech
Passionate, the operator of the home training brand Fitable, has secured an investment from CNT Tech. The investment was made through the CNT Tech Sports Start-up No. 1 Investment Fund, although the amount has not been disclosed. Passionate reported approximately 6 billion KRW in sales for 2025 and a cumulative sales figure of about 9.5 billion KRW to date.
Passionate aims to create fitness equipment that resembles interior decor items, referred to as ‘fitness objects’. The company handles planning, design, manufacturing, and sales directly, utilizing a direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales model. Key products include the cardio equipment ‘StepMate’ and a door-mounted ‘Object Pull-Up Bar’, which are available on its online store and platforms such as Coupang and Naver.
The company is expanding its overseas market, primarily in Asia, and has successfully completed several funding rounds on international crowdfunding platforms. It has established local entities in Japan and Taiwan and sells products in Hong Kong through local distribution partners. This year, it was selected for the Youth Entrepreneurship Academy by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
CNT Tech cited Passionate’s product planning and design capabilities, along with its supply chain in Japan and Taiwan, as key reasons for the investment. A representative from CNT Tech stated that the robust global supply chain management infrastructure and product competitiveness indicate the company’s high growth potential through market expansion.
The representative of Passionate expressed that fitness equipment should also be aesthetically pleasing when not in use, and aims to expand the product range and establish Fitable as a leading home training brand, starting with Japan and Taiwan.
