Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closes lower; Nova shares drop 8%

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ended the trading day with slight declines. The TA-35 index fell 0.4%, the TA-90 index slipped 0.5%, and the TA-125 index dropped 0.4%. The TA-Banks index decreased by 0.5%, while the TA-Insurance index edged up 0.05%. The TA-Real Estate index lost 0.3%, and the TA-Oil and Gas index gained 0.4%. Nova shares dropped 8% during the session.

The shekel remained nearly unchanged against the dollar, trading at 2.99 shekels. The euro fell 0.2% to 3.49 shekels, while the British pound rose 0.3% to 4.08 shekels.

According to TheMarker, trading volumes were moderate with no significant volatility reported.
