Jari Company secures ₩14.5 billion in Series A funding
Jari Company, which operates the rental management platform Jari Talk, has secured ₩14.5 billion in Series A funding. This investment round was led by Korea Investment Partners, with additional participation from HG Initiative, S2L Partners, Evergreen Investment Partners, NBH Capital, and JCH Investment.
Following a business transition to a real estate platform, Jari Company has reportedly achieved profitability and sales growth, which contributed to attracting this funding. Cumulative investments now stand at ₩17.7 billion.
The company recorded sales of ₩12.5 billion and an operating profit of ₩750 million in 2025, with over a 60% increase in sales compared to the previous year. Jari Company has established a stable revenue structure based on the recurring demand for monthly rent management.
Jari Talk serves as a rental management platform used by both landlords and tenants, currently supporting around 6 million tenants and 700,000 landlords. It has registered over 740,000 buildings and manages more than 2 million units.
The platform offers ERP functions for landlords, including rent billing, collection, and contract management. For tenants, it provides services such as Jari Pay for rent payments, rent refunds, real resident reviews, and short-term rentals.
Jari Company aims to reduce information asymmetry in the rental market, which has been a challenge for tenants seeking reliable information about properties before renting. The CEO of Jari Company emphasized the need for a trustworthy network that benefits both landlords and tenants, especially in high-stakes rental transactions.
