Erling Haaland has made a significant real estate investment in Abu Dhabi, acquiring a luxury villa for 2,500,000 euros. The Norwegian forward of Manchester City has chosen Yas Residences by Ohana, an exclusive residential complex that also features the branding of the English club. This decision allows him to feel at home even away from the pitch, linking the world of football with high-end property ownership.

The official price of the transaction has not been disclosed. However, based on reports and estimates for properties of this caliber, the villa purchased by Haaland is valued at approximately 2.9 million dollars, equivalent to about 2,500,000 euros. The player confirmed the purchase himself, sharing the news on social media with a message to his fans: "Hello everyone, I am happy to join the Manchester City project together with Ohana. I have just bought a house and my father has too, so we will be neighbors in Abu Dhabi and will see each other there soon."

Initial reports indicate that Haaland's new property will feature five bedrooms and direct views of the Yas Island canal, one of the most exclusive areas of Abu Dhabi. The Yas Residences by Ohana project aims to combine luxury residences with sporting identity, thanks to its collaboration with Manchester City. This initiative adds a new dimension to the connection between the club and the United Arab Emirates, transforming the team's brand into a distinctive element in the real estate sector. However, Haaland and his father will have to wait before enjoying their new homes, as the properties are expected to be delivered in 2029.
