The American investment fund W. P. Carey finalized a sale-leaseback transaction with Purmo Group worth 52 million euro. The fund took over two industrial properties belonging to the manufacturer and then signed a lease agreement. Purmo Group, a producer of plate radiators, underfloor heating systems and other heating solutions, will continue operations in these sites for the next 20 years.

The released 52 million euro provides the company with capital for development and investments. According to Investmap, the deal is part of the fund's broader strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. The fund has operated in Poland for about 20 years and has invested over 900 million euro in the market.

The factories in Wałcz and Rybnik will maintain operational continuity. The agreement guarantees activity at least until 2046.
