Airfares on sale with significant discounts

Norwegian has priced round-trip tickets from Oslo to Bergen at under 600 kroner until September 2027. SAS follows closely behind, offering tickets for the same route at under 800 kroner, according to E24.

Travelers can easily find round-trip fares between Oslo and Trondheim for 700 kroner. Trips between the capital and Tromsø are also available for 900 kroner.

From Gardermoen, travelers can find round-trip journeys to destinations such as Kirkenes, Bodø, Haugesund, and Ålesund for under 1,000 kroner for much of the next year.

Most tickets are unsurprisingly available on weekdays, but E24 has noted unusually cheap flights on several weekends as well. For instance, it was possible to travel from Trondheim to Oslo for about 600 kroner round-trip with Norwegian in mid-December.

Airline representatives confirm the prices. Neither of the two major airlines appears to have any specific promotions, but they do confirm the pricing.

"There is nothing wrong with the pricing; it is real. I think this gives commuters a good opportunity," said press chief Catharina Solli at Norwegian.

SAS communications chief Øystein Schmidt emphasized that this is not part of a specific campaign. In an email, he explained that it reflects normal market movements, stating that "airfares continuously vary based on demand and capacity, and we adjust accordingly to remain competitive."
